It is when IT is up and you are having a problem getting on IT or, on the other hand, if IT is down - well, at that point getting on IT may, or may not, do any good! :-)

Same problem with New England board saturday

I was able to view Boston and several other boards on Saturday, but could not view New England several times during the day.
