Same here. Spoke 2 hours before the appt. Went to the location to call for the room #, and she did not answer her phone after numerous tries. Paid for parking, time off from work, it adds up. Things change, I know she has some difficult personal issues, but not even a call back explaining. Now if we did that to her........ Be considerate, be professional, be polite.
Sasha fell ill before my appmt, but I missed her email informing me. She did send me one canceling, but I missed it. I showed up but she couldn't see me. My fault for not checking my emails.
