just curious what it is like being a provider in NH or Maine

IF you live here not so bad. If you come from out of state they are harsh with you. You can google to see.

I was a provider in Maine for two years.  Maine is very small so yes, outsiders are recognized right away.  LE is very much on top of things in Maine so be careful.  Rates are lower than they are in CT as well  - cost of living I guess!!  Many people of there frequent agencies more so than independents - that was my experience anyway.
