There is someone in the Springfield MO and Fayetteville AR area with this phone number, posting ads on various sites, which are stolen from a Philadelphia based provider.  Both the ad text and pictures are an exact copy.  The provider who these were stolen from has confirmed that they are not legit.  See link for an example.
