I am all booked and so excited to see a new city, and meet some new friends!

Per some great suggestions from this board, I have booked to split my time between downtown MSP near the sports complex, and a few nights out near the mall.

But, I am having a posting issue as I am being asked to "choose and area", and its listing things like : "Anok/Chis/Isa"  or "Carv/Sher/Wri"  or "Dakota/Scott" and I have no concept of what they are talking about.   Are these counties? Neighborhoods?
