I am amazed at the number providers that do not “claim “ their profile here. Not only does it allow them to read their own reviews but also can DM with the limited VIP provided them. It also allows them to DM TER and get TER to correct errors or changes. Lastly it also keeps someone else from doing the same and locking them from their own profile as once claimed is associated with email. Suggest also that clients encourage providers to do so as many are unaware
