Did you ever notice, as you lean your mouth in toward that first sip of your dry white Chablis, there is a slight musty, perhaps pungent odor, a clean wood oak aroma that is interesting, tantalizing.. maybe?  

But as you dip your tongue into that first sip, let your lips pucker and sink past the rimmed layer, you begin to taste a hint of honey and your mouth wakes up.  Tongue rolls and plunges deeper into a wet, even sweeter abyss, finger begins to play along the stem of that round wet glass and you feel this overwhelming urge to lap up all the juices as they spill over.. your lips, chin, face.  

This Chablis is not for sippers.  Dive into the honey, lemon, nectar.  Pluck that bud.
