season is upon us;and most of us are having to share a pretty penny with uncle Sam.  Throw in these ridiculous gas prices that continue to rise; and it's enough to make a man down. Alas...I have a plan of action that will get any man up again!   For my last 2 weeks in the Twin Cities I hope to have some exhausting adventures. It just seems unfair that some, perhaps, would have to miss out on fun because of soaring inflation....and not the good kind    I'm proposing my own fisal policy.....
