To answer your question, I charge 200 an hour for in call and 250 for out call. I do not provide half hour out calls.
I'm not sure what my one lonely review says, as several clients stated they were going to review me. (Still waiting)
Some clients have given "extra", or "tipped" me, however, that was their free will, and felt I was worth more
Any who, I hope this helps all that is interested!
1. Tell us what you charge- I don't think you are going to get too many guys knocking your door down for $350 for 30 minutes. Let alone $350 for 60 minutes. Especially with your limited menu. Best not to make us guess, since you do not have a P411 presence or web site. And, that reviewer does not have a lot of believability for us to rely on(IMO) and like lockstock mentioned.
If that is not your rate, you can contact TER and tell them what it should be.
2. This is not CL or BP, you can actually type in your real tele number- you don't need code.
