Option1)

IF YOU pre-book A JANUARY appointment BEFORE 1/5/13
(DATE must be between 1/1-1/31)

You will be able to see me at my current rates (1 hr - 300, 90 mins - 400, 2 hrs - 500)
And will be grandfathered in (Lucky you!) so you are not subjected to the raise.
If you schedule a 1 or 2 hour appointment, extra half hour to you OTC!!

YES?! Well good, you'll always be able to meet with me for my current rate of 300/h.
If you come to see me between now and January 12
Receive a special 2 HOURS for 440! HOUR for 260! HALF for 150!
(Can only use each once, but thats THREE specials for you!)

~~ Have we NOT met? ~~
That is ok, after screening I am happy to meet you and grandfather you in at my current rate of 300/h. Come see me between now and January 12
Receive a special 2 HOURS for 460! HOUR for 280! 45 Mins for 220!
(Can only use each once, but thats THREE specials for you!)
