i just had an appointment with zia,  i'm not into writing reviews and such, but felt that zia is getting a bad rep from her last few negative reviews. ignore those, the earlier reviews, 8/8s 8/9s etc. give a much better indication of the quality experience that I just had. for that matter, all of the floridahearts girls that I've seen have been excellent.
