It expressly states somewhere (not sure where) that "any really hot provider desired by the Florida board moderator MUST visit South Florida before returning to another city for the second time in less than a month. Providers who fail to do so can be subject to strip searches, spankings and multiple dinner dates with a Florida representative chosen by the named moderator"

Keep in mind that I am paraphrasing a totally unrelated rule and twisting it into what I want it to say.
