I do. I don't have a problem lying on those questions. I know I'm healthy and clean, and besides, they test the blood rigorously before it gets anywhere near someone else's body.

I also donate semen, but only on an individual basis. That way, I know who's getting it.

Mu gay friends hate the questionnaire too.  I figure as long as they keep calling me and asking for my blood (rare blood type) I'll keep my private life private.
