I couldn't resist.  I called the number.  Hilarious!!!
But why would someone waste money on an ad just to do that???

Actually, it was more than just a joke. The provider was a young brunette and she's very pretty. The reason she did this was she's a bait-n-switch master. She doesn't keep her phone on all the time, and uses a funny message to deceive people. She posts ads on BP and/or CL, lures people to her trap, and takes their money. Then, she turns her phone off, disappears for a while, then comes back and starts the game again. How do I know? Because I'm a victim of her trap. I also saw the ad in OP's post, called the number and got the funny message. Then I forgot about it. This girl posted another ads on BP a few days latter, using the same phone number but different pics and name. I didn't know at that point that it was the same number. I called and got a hold of her. I went to her incall hotel, paid the money but didn't get the service. Now, if you call this number again, it's the voice mail again, with part of the same funny message. And all her ads were gone. I tried to post a review, but failed without a working provider's ad. She has other ads on CL, without a name, but it's the same phone number. like this one
