Hello my TER friends~

It occurred to me this evening that I haven't posted an ad since November and that my TER friends are definitely due a discount!

I'm redoing my bathroom (all new tile on the floors & walls!) but I don't want to replace the vanity. Just the top & sink so that it looks new again.  However it's a 55x22 inch vanity top and I guess that's not standard anymore.  No one sells them.  Does anyone know of a place where you can buy cheap vanity/counter tops with sinks? (Home Depot/Menards/etc don't carry 55 inch ones)

I've googled to my hearts content and I can't find a 55X22 vanity top that isn't granite and costing $1000+.

I figured this is a board with some men on it, someone might know of a little store that sells regular vanity tops!

Jen   Just a suggestion.  Try looking for a place that makes custom ones.  They pour whatever size you want with the sink whereever you want it. Look under remodelers and ask them where to get one.

I think any competent carpenter can custom make a nice one for you and water proof it at the same time. It should not be that expensive.

Look in the handyman section of your local paper, grocery store or something for a carpenter and let them know what you want. With spring around the corner, you should find quite a few handymen around.

you are not likely to find it in any store.
Personally,  I think it would be easiest to order it online.  Here's a site with prices ranging from $317-$428 depending on the finish and that price INCLUDES shipping.  In stock items ship within 4 business days.  

There's tons of sites like this...you'd have to comparison shop but I don't think you'd find anything cheaper than this...especially with shipping.  Something as heavy as a vanity top would be at least $100-125 in shipping, I would think.

They are a building material outlet store.  They can be hit or miss if they have exactly what you are looking for but their prices are very nice.

I have most of my evenings free this week and I'd love to spend one of them with you!

How about a 3hr dinner date for the rate of 2hrs? (That's only $400 and my hourly rate is $250!  What a deal *grin*)

Don't worry if you aren't comfortable going out.  We can always stay in!  How about a in-home date night?  Pizza and a redbox movie with some fun time afterwards?  

I can enjoy fancy or casual, it's your company that matters most!
