Right off the bat to say "highly reviewed" and not provide a link or other way to see these reviews is a big warning flag IMHO.

I always get extremely suspicious when an ad says 'highly reviewed' and there is no review. Plus when googling the number reveals the provider has suddenly appeared on the scene and one of the links says "p.s fetishes wants and desires are all welcomed so please share them with me... ", as opposed to "no ungentlemanly talk over the phone" which I see is generally de rigeur conduct?

Not sure about the name change nor the accuracy of the pics but she certainly is a good time, that much I can vouch for.
