What are some reasons a new VIP might get this message and not be able to reply on this forum? And no, it's not Wong lol.

Also, can non-VIPs reply on the Forum or not? I know they can't read PMs and can't read the dirty details of reviews. Anything else?

This person should try contacting TER directly.

Unless they changed the rules, non-VIPs are allowed to post.  I don't know of anything else besides what you listed from which non-VIPs are blocked.

A few weeks ago. Contacted TER and they had it fixed within 24 hours. Seemed like an easy fix.
