If you have doubts about her personal hygiene, don't see her.  Most TER reviews make some mention of hygiene.

Ladies will tend to worry about their hair and may prefer a bath.  Also if it is your first visit with the lady in question, I doubt if she'd be willing to bathe with you.  It puts her in a more vulnerable position.

It can be a sensitive topic.  I was in LV and was out in some very hot weather.  I was going to get cleaned up for a date and decided it would be fun to get cleaned up with a little company.  I mentioned a desire to shower with her and she would bathe with me in a tub.   During our conversation she intimated that I wanted to bathe with over concerns with her hygiene rather than my own, it did not make for a particularly friendly encount

And they are likely to be every bit as concerned about hygiene as you are so you can focus on the foreplay.
