Years ago, about 2002, a provider I had met maybe 2-3 times contacted me...  She said she was kind of pent up and had been left "hanging" a few times recently without a release, and wanted to know if I'd come take care of her, and focus a lot on her...  I showed up with an envelope but she wouldn't take it, wouldn't even let me tip, she just said "this one was for me, not for you."  needless to say the next couple of times I saw her, the tips netted out to cover that time, but man that was great for the ego too!
