Most commonly some extra time.
There was one who sometimes baked something for me for my birthday.
I also did get a free session one time.

I’ve gotten a few gifts over the years. Most of the time it’s gifts gentlemen brought them that they didn’t want. Usually liquor, one time I got a jar of stewed tomatoes. The biggest one I got was a subscription to p411 from a going on hiatus (really retirement) Portia Eden for my birthday.

Portia was a great provider back in the day. I got a few gifts from her back over the years.

I love to bake so when gents visit me they will often get a piece of cake or a cookie.  

I had a provider whom I had seen regularly for over 5 years, send me a picture of herself after each session.  I might add they were sexy racy erotic pictures!!

I was on an extended date, and she texted me to come to the men's shop. She purchased several clothes and had the female sales ok them. She had refined taste in clothes for me. But I hit the spa before this, and she didn't realize they were for her and the other companion coming to dinner with us.

I have received extra time every so often, One time on my birthday, a couple of ladies baked me a cake.   Let's just say only a little of the cake got eaten!  

Not sure if she is still shooting porn, but a local provider who is a well-known porn star, who I used to see pretty regularly back in the day, gave me a couple of her movies.  

As I think back over the years, and there have been many,  simple treats and trinkets have been passed between us BUT the best gift that I can remember and always be proud of,  is the sincere hug and passionate kiss at the door with the statement " I hope we can do this again !! I loved our time together. please call "
