For what it's worth, I visited the Bunny Ranch and a number of other Nev brothels many years ago. Except for the onset of the Internet, I suspect things have not changed much. Observations:
1. The premises of the brothels I visited were pretty drab on the outside, but "okay" on the inside. The Bunny Ranch was like a large motel, with a large lobby area where the girls would line up when a customer came in; the idea was to get the customer to the room asap. Customers could then hang out in the bar or waiting area and make a new date, or have a few drinks and then leave. Most places I visited had a bar; the common areas ranged from huge (Bunny Ranch) to a living room (with bar) in a mobile home.
2. The rooms were pretty small and pretty plain. Each escort had her own room where she both lived and worked.
3. FWIW, the escorts were not as smart, independent or as interesting as independent escorts. An independent has to run her own business and run her own life, which requires all kinds of skills and wits that are not called for in working at a brothel.
4. The action in the room was, on the whole, more mechanical than with independents. Typically there was a "menu," and the customer got exactly what he paid for. No spontaneity. The focus in brothels is on turnover and volume, not on establishing a connection or even a recurring set of visits.
5. The amenities -- bar, food, hot tubs, slots, etc -- were better than typically available with an independent. But you can get almost all of that by checking into a good hotel, if a hot tub is what you want.
6. The brothels tend to be isolated; some were miles and miles away from a town or city. On my very last visit, my chosen escort talked wistfully about how she'd love to have a dinner date and drive 20 miles to the nearest town for a steak dinner.
Let us know how it works out of you!
