Spending a good amount of time in Northern Minnesota I understand the problem.  You will not find anyone for a standard hour or two hour rate.  
I do think that if you are willing to put out some serious cash, someone would be willing to make the trip.  You are three hour from the TC and you will have to compensate her for travel time.  It might be worth it for her if you paid for an overnight date?  Just a thought.
