Story in today's Winona Daily News about another two escorts got arrested. Seems like there has been a lot of LE activity lately in some of the smaller cities.
I have been to Winona, I find it hard to believe that there are that many providers around. It's not that big of a town. It's the type of town where everybody knows each other.
