How about 4 times a month for $125 each time. Then she would make $200 more in a month. Of course you could go 20 times a month for $30 each time then she would make an extra $300. The options are endless.
I'm sure it's been discussed before but a couldn't find it in my searching. If a provider and hobbyist have seen each other a few times, wouldn't it make sense for a provider to charge $200/hr and see the hobbyist twice a month vs charging him $300/hr and seeing him once a month? I fully understand that everyone is different, but it just makes sense to me that $400/month is better than $300/month.
In my opinion it seems like a good deal for both parties to offer discounted rates for regulars. The screening has been done and it should take the worry out of it for both parties. I am not sure that your math is that great as that seems like a pretty substantial discount. There are a lot of variables though as far as her costs to make the date happen that you should consider.
I think some providers get hung up on the ego that a higher price tag gives them. Which isn't to say all higher priced ladies are egotistic, but some are.
I agree completely. With that being said, it's why the first time I meet someone, there is a screening fee included. For all subsequent dates I offer a pretty decent discount. And still offer a Full Menu. We already know each other, the nervousness has been replaced with more intense passion. A win-win for both of us!
...in which the hobbyist prepays the $400 for the month so if the hobbyist can't make the second monthly session the provider hasn't lost money on the deal and keeps the $400. Otherwise, if the hobbyist misses the second session, the provider has lost $100 on the first session.
Are you willing to work twice as many hours a month as you do now for only a third more money?
(I don't mean this to be critical of anyone, just looking at it in a different way)
The one thing I would say is for this arrangement to work itd have to be someone you know well enough who isnt going to skip out on the 2nd half.
But what othersubject said is true too, and its offensive for people to say "well your not really doing much work" or something along those lines. When we decide our rate it is because it is something we deem fair for our time, nerves, risk etc as well as time spent outside of actual session.
I am open to discounts like a review discount but think about it from her point as well.. What if she turns down a call that could potentially lead to a regular, or not, but for 1/2 her going rate.
I think I like the idea more of with ____ sessions, 1 free.
Also, if her going rate is 350 for 2 hours and you wanted to split it into 2 1hour visits it'd be 175. I'd be up for that.
I like Khloes buy x amount get one free, or if you are looking at an arrangement like the op was saying where it is normally 300 for an hr, but you are going to do 2 sessions for 400 total. So the client pays 300 for the first session, and has whatever set amount of time to schedule appointment #2 and pays 100 for that subsequent session. Its not that she doesnt trust you, it just gives you incentive to make that next appt and if something were to happen and you dont make the next appt then there are no bad feelings.
So she would have twice the expense for less money. So, unless she has multiple guests each time, it would not be worth it for her.
And yes, rates have been discussed before and it is inevitable that they will be dissected again but at least you put a spin on it. ![]()
Ok, so I am sure your proposal is appealing to ladies who would like to make an extra $100/month when they have the time. Win/win for all.
Of course not every provider is interested in or has the time to set aside for that $100/month, but rather the rate she chose for a reason ($300 in your example).
It is possible that for some providers it is all about ego, while for others it is simply about priorities. Not everyone’s financial situations are the same, and if a lady already has that extra $100 (or several) set aside, she does not need this arrangement. She may have a civilian job or a friend she sees for $900 multi-hour dates every other week. (Unless we are the IRS, no one really knows what is in another person's pocket).
And for some ladies the time it takes to get dressed for the $100 second date you propose may be better spent with family, RL friends, studying for class or focusing on a RL career. I am sure a lot of you understand being strapped for time...literally! Or instead she would rather spend that hour with another friend at her regular $300/hr rate and make $600/month (to see both of you) over the $400 just to see the friend in question twice.
Lastly, MyLittleAlias is right on. Her incall expenses may be well more than the extra $100.
Here is my question: Assuming you are non-exempt and make $20/hr, would you work for $5/hr? Maybe if you are strapped for the extra cash, just have a lot of free time and no other endeavors, or are a trust fund baby who loves to volunteer...right? I may be wrong of course.

Instead of blanket, published deals which and throw off the baseline, I think I'd focus on individuals, particularly regulars, using price discrimination to suit my needs - and keeping those "deals" secret. (It's common in "big business" but goes by different names.)
For new clients, maybe something like a Tuesday special (or whenever it's slow, I have no idea) saying only how much off, not how much (make them go to your website or 411 or BP ad or whatever), and specify for "today and today only" or whenever. It's all about creating urgency, a basic but sometimes missing step in all marketing efforts.
Or better yet, the Tuesday special could be some extra time (15 minutes?) on the front end to get acquainted with someone new - taking some of the pressure off first-date clock worries. Of course, a regular would want that same time just added on (whew, avoided that verbal trap).
But in general I'd follow this fundamental guideline:
How about 4 times a month for $125 each time. Then she would make $200 more in a month. Of course you could go 20 times a month for $30 each time then she would make an extra $300. The options are endless.
that she can only get one guy to want to see her. If more than one guy wants to see her, she can get the standard rate from each of them, at least the first time.
Most providers have thought of or may already have some form of this in .
but think about this
If you expect less of a payment, would you expect less of a performance. The old saying of you get what you pay for may just apply here. We all want to think we are some gals all time favorite because of our kindness, sexual prowess or oral skills, but hey that is part of the act. Be it for good reviews or to get you back to pay the same amount.
Compare your provider to your attorney. See if you can cut a deal with him as he is preparing to defend you in a pending lawsuit.
It comes down to the total discretion of the provider. They set the rules.
If you play the game you play by the rules. And us boys don't set the rules.
Bring your Bat and glove and you'll have a ball
Attorneys often negotiate, not all of them, and sometimes it's a fight, but they negotiate; the best time for that is when they ask for the retainer. Yes, first hand experiences.
The negotiation techniques don't readliy transfer to the hobby, though. I do believe, however, that a provider will work with you if there are good reasons AND it's to her benefit. It would just take a lot more tact.
Compare your provider to your attorney. See if you can cut a deal with him as he is preparing to defend you in a pending lawsuit.
Most likely if she appreciates you being there for her often, she will take care of you whether that is spending extra time together etc...the list goes on. Also she may not post this information on her website or the boards, but when you are a regular who is in the know…then you just know. Special friendships are special for a reason. It goes without saying.
Lastly, if you find a lady you feel does not appreciate your seeing her regularly, consider moving on to another lady. xoxo
PPS. For the purposes of this discussion, my definition of a regular is someone who visits at least once a month.
In the real world not necessarily. There can be trust issues as depending on the details of the arrangement, it could be easy for one side or the other to abuse it. There is also the possibility of logistical problems that could make something like this harder. For example, if she only has a small number of available appointments per month, she may well be easily able to book them all with known clients at her full rate. I suspect this sort of thing is best handled on a case by case basis.
