Its a classic example of people living up or down to expectations.  If you treat people like children, they act like children.  If you treat them like adults, they act like adults.

Having worked so hard to earn this, I dare say we will work even harder to keep it.  The TC board is back!

I see guys and gals flirting again, people treating each other with a measure of respect - the weirdos have moved on (at least for now) The mean spirited back-biting has slowed to a crawl, I'm  happy with how the first week (a little over 3 days actually) has gone - I hope we can keep going on this even pace for a while - I haven't gotten layed yet this month and I need to go out and find some R&R! I'll try and leave the board alone for the weekend and see how that goes - Somehow, I think it's going to be ok! (It's actually kind of hard to just leave it alone - It's so fun to be here now and have my posts just show right up when I click the "Post message" button!)
