Every client is in this for personal reasons, but this is a good read because I can relate to some of it. Why is it still a crime for the most part? We know that clients are across the board in life. Plus, there is an upswing of women and couple clients.

...to come and have sex with you but it corrects itself saying men are actually paying for them to leave after the sex is over.  There's a lot too that I think in the probability that many unattached clients are not up to having an ongoing relationship with a member of the opposite sex.  There are a few regular contributors on our own board who seem to be triggered by any thought coming from a female.

Personally, the Why for me is variety.  I am perfectly capable of finding plenty of civvie options for having fun but that activity comes with dangerous strings attached.  There's very little anonymity and the chance of getting mixed up with a partner that will need more than just a physical arrangement is quite a bit higher than one would think.  

Hiring a pro is an expensive but convenient choice.  If done correctly, there is no contingent liability to be concerned with after.
