Two things I don't tolerate. Hair pulling & throat grabbing.  

I used to tie my hair back during my Nuru massages as it gets rather messy but then the temptation to pull my pony tail presented itself almost every time. Now I just put up with the Gel in my hair. It easily rinses away to begin with so no big deal.
