Realized I’m getting the cold shoulder from my current atf/regular and can’t figure out why.  Part of the main ME group.  Have inquired with schedulers and they just don’t respond to the question.  They’re completely fine booking me anywhere else even in the same apartment.  No idea why I’m being denied, our last visit was super fun and laid back as always.  Wondering what you all would do.  Even just an explanation if I DID fuck up would be great to avoid it

If you keep trying to get one, they might stop scheduling you entirely.

I get it, but that’s not how I operate.  Would prefer to know what’s up and risk it all.

Girls can blacklist anytime for any reason and it does suck because you will never get an explanation.  The schedulers who run the group with the nasty mattress on the floor do this all the time with guys.  

Doesn’t matter how you operate, keep pursuing an answer and you might find yourself with no options.  

You say you are getting booked by her roommates and in the same place as this girl. Keep seeing the other girls, you will be bound to run into her some time. Ask her whats up, it would be awkward as hell but you may get that answer.

Sometimes if a gal feels like the line between business and personal is getting crossed or blurry she'll pull out. This could be her or you or both or neither but just a feeling.  Or she may want more variety. Or she may be cutting back to pursue other interests.  

I think the most likely outcome is you won't be able to get any appointments with any of those providers if for no other reason that it will come across as being like a stalker.

She could have left or taking a break from the hobby. A lot of the highly reviewed MNE girls have left the hobby or taking a break as they say. I was getting a lot of "I'm out this week" email responses past month, but now don't even get those. I doubt the girls check their emails, and schedulers probably don't even look at them any more. I don't think anything wrong with the location, cause they still have a girls working there.

Honestly it happens to a lot of us and it’s the same scheduler for a group of lady’s on ME. Best of luck to you

I agree with most of what others have said.  As you are getting booked by her roommates, maybe very casually ask them if she has been around, taking time off, or something similar.  You may , or may not, find out something.  If she left, maybe she has plans to go independent; then you may be back in the game with her.  
Regardless, seems that you are good with the other girls, so don't mess that up!

Could be its over for ya, for whatever reason and you may never more.All these girls go away eventually. That's life in this hobby, good news is there easily replaced.
