What are busiest days of the week and the slowest?
Also, the busiest time and slowest times of the day?

11-2 is the busiest time of day.

I imagine because that's when folks are going to lunch so can easily explain an extra half hour to hour away from the office.  Monday, Tues, and Fridays are my busiest days.

Weds thru Fri

are my busiest days. Mondays are the slowest. Busiest times for me are usually 10am - 4pm. Slowest between 9pm & 9am.
