When calling a provider what is the best way of asking about openings setting up an appointment

each provider is different.
try calling with an exact date and time in mind.

i don't usually allow appointments over the phone because I require guys to go to my website and fill out the screening form but every once in a while a guy will call with a specific time and date and if I have it available I'll just approve the date.
