Is there a big difference in risk between the stripper slide/camel toe or a BBBJ

The stripper slide- if it curves around and near the head a lot- would be
Very slightly more dangerous since there is a better chance of direct transfer of genital fluids,
where as saliva is a bit more removed from that.....hmmm thoughts to ponder...I'll have to watch for
Other peoples thoughts on this, interesting

Any virus needs an entry point, and the stripper slide has more friction on delicate areas.

The mouth and vagina are both moist areas and the tissues are very similar in composition. It's more the mechanics/logistics that increase the risk.

The mouth is almost always moist and gets wetter with insertion of anything, food or not. Thus a BBBJ will increase salivation and this aids in minimizing friction. Also, the mouth is sensitive in that it is filled with nerve endings. You will likely feel any friction and/or will be aware of any sores before/during the act. Additionally, the delicate cheeks are rarely involved in the act. Tissues tend to remain intact, and any potential virus has no entry point. I recommend not performing BBBJ if you have brushed/flossed within the last few hours or if you have had any dental work done in the previous few days.

The vaginal area is also moist, but it's more temperamental. The stripper slide is on the external tissues, away from the vaginal lubrication, and this can cause micro tears you may not be aware of because of the far fewer nerve endings in the general area (save for one or two very tender areas). The urethra is also a very tender area and it is smack dab in the center of the action. This is why UTIs are very common for women who are very sexually active. The area is easily overstimulated and can become inflamed, allowing bacteria easier entry to the canal, but I digress...

Ultimately, even if a person has HIV, Hep, HPV, there needs to be a break in the tissue for the virus to do anything. The stripper slide just increases the chance of that happening.

One other thing, shaved/shaved is also increasing the risk, as the skin/skin friction can cause irritation and breaks in the skin. HSV can easily spread even without this added risk. As such, I highly recommend trimming/grooming instead of fully shaving the area. It's just much safer for all involved, especially the woman.

(yes, I'm a medical professional

Bringing the male and female urethrae in close proximity is a bad idea. They are lined by identical tissue. Tissue that gonorrhea and chlamydia can easily jump and transmit and infect. Just say no.

What about all these women doing body 2  body massages........isnt there some problems/things that can be transmitted that way?

I'm gonna say this before the fear mongering gets out of hand as it usually does here on the lovely Mn discussion board.
I've been providing for many many years before the craze and I'm a very body to body provider, have I caught anything? I'm gonna assume other ladies haven't as well since they're quite active.
Anyway,
Nope. Not once have I & I get checked out quite regularly .
I invest in my health & safety more than avg.
Also, I'm fairly certain most providers do the same.
If you're that paranoid perhaps you should reconsider being in the hobby at all.
I'm not sorry that I think the whole tinfoil hat mentality is ruining the fun.
Lastly, I'd be more weary of the street level of hobbying because the verifiable evidence is right there in plain sight for all to read. I understand you guys love your .2 SW however I'd say complaining about it makes you sound like someone that eats crackers in bed & wonders why the ants are there biting your ass.
That's my POV .

You cannot eliminate all risk unless you simply don't participate.  Each person should learn about the risks involved (there is lots of good information on the CDC website and other medical oriented sites such as WebMD) and decide what level of risk they find acceptable.  To the best of my knowledge, STDs are less common among the escort/hobbyist community (I am not including streetwalkers and other similar providers and their clients) than among those members of the civvie population who have multiple sex partners because this is a group of people less likely to be careless in their habits.
