All this is a bit overwhelming and with all the rumours flying, what does one believe. I dont mean to wine but this scares the shit out of me.

Does anyone know what is ongoing with MGC?  Yes, they're doing fine, a little rattled but have been running a legal business and have been ready for this type of inquiry for some time.  

Has anymore facts come out into the open? There are no charges as of yet, this could take months and fizzle out in the end.

Is there potential for previous clients to be majorly concerned?
Not at this time, but I'd sit tight and if you're contacted it might be a good idea to have them talk to a lawyer instead of you.  This is my plan IF and EVEN IF I'm contacted.

I don't think any previous clients should be too worried.  The prosecuters carry "burden of proof".  Any good defense lawyer would say that they could have gotten names from any where.
