Hey, Question for everyone here. Guys and girls.

So, If you set up an appointment with a provider, and You are the one that has to cancel, how do you make that up to them?

What would you consider proper? Extra Tipping? Setting up an Appointment showing up, giving them the gift, then letting them just hang out ands watch TV with you instead of having to get you naked ? :)

Ladies, what have people done for you when they decide to cancel at the last minute? What would you prefer them to do ?

Ben, is it true that if there is a missed Appointment the person(s) involved are supposed to put a hundred Dollars into a PayPal Account for you?

If you call to cancel I do not expect anything from you I am just glad you called, but if you make a habit of canceling then after the 3rd time I will not see you again. The only way I am truly bothered is with NO SHOWS and I will not see that person again no second chances. So if you make another appt with a provider when you have call and canceled if you want to put a little extra in there that is fine but personally I do not have that happen that often.

$ for a no show then Kasha owes me 100K and several have showed up but not really there so that must be worth 1/2 $  per time.  Sounds like alot of free sessions Lol

I personally don't expect anything if a client cancels. The only thing that really bothers me is if it is too late to cancel the hotel room and then I am stuck with the charges. Anybody who knows me is aware that I prefer to keep my clients to a minimum and I would rather not see multiple gentlemen in one day.

Although it is disappointing and inconvenient when a client cancels, I think we providers must be somewhat understanding of it.  Many times arrangements are made with the hopes that something won't interfere, but with the amount of discretion that is required in many situations, things are bound to happen.  It is very much appreciated tho, if a client can give as much notice as possible.  I think we as providers spend alot more time "preparing" for a date, than some clients realize.  Also, to call at the last minute with a lame excuse, such as "I've been golfing all afternoon and I'm just too tired now"....... is extremely irritating!  In a case like that I do feel something is owed.  I have met many many nice and considerate people in the hobby, and have had very few no shows or cancellations. I think for the most part you gentleman are very very kind and considerate.  I for one, appreciate you!   Hugs!  Kat

Kasha'd owe me a little bit, too.  We were supposed to meet at 2 pm one afternoon a couple years back.  She called, said she was running a little late.  No problem; figured ten or fifteen minutes.  Somewhere around 4:30, "I'm here. You still want to get together?"

Course then I might owe another provider for a missed session.  *Might.*  I had emailed her an appointment request a few days before my trip to the Twin Cities.  Never got a confirmation of day or time or location.  Checked the email for a couple days; nothing.  She posted something fun and flirty on her blog; I sent a note to her saying I wish I could've helped out but apparently I didn't qualify for a second date with her.  I did get a response to that; she did have me down for an hour that weekend.  I apologized and sent her a small Christmas gift.

2 times I had to cancel an appointment.

The first time was with an agency girl. I had a 7:00 appointment that was moved to 8:00. Then it was moved to 9:00. Then to 10:00. When I recieved a call at 9:30 telling me my appointment was being moved to 11:00 I asked if it was ok to cancel. This was not my fault so I didn't fell like I owed them anything.

My second cancelation was with a visiting provider. I had to cancel last minute due to some personal problems I was having. She was cool about it, so when she came back the following month I booked her again for an hour and I also paid for the last appointment I had missed. Since I know she did not have enough time to book another appointment in my place I felt I owed her.
