LE is ONLY interested in generating revenue(I.E - fines, property seizure, etc...) - Seriously,  they're not targeting human traffickers(just look at who all the stings are targeting), they're after the locals to bring in dollars to justify their jobs, otherwise you WOULD see them pursuing those referenced in this thread. Low life scum in my book - all of them.

here is an idea: print up some funny money, set up a date, give her the donation (make sure you leave no trace of your DNA on the fake bills). When she takes the money and spends it, she will get busted and will get into so much shit she won't be doing this again for a while.
