I do not see the ratings of providers anymore?
Could my non-VIP status be to blame

I think that has been gone for at least 4-5 years or more unless your a VIP (EOM)

If you are talking about the average scores, those were made VIP only at that time (e)

It was taken off about couple weeks ago.

I know what you taking about. The average ratings for both appearance/performance were taken off couple weeks ago. No VIP status is needed. The ave. rating was shown below the provider's name on the review page. I bet no one realizes it until now.

ie: {providername}'s Profile
TER ID: xxxxxx
{Ave rating} ({ave appearance rating}/{ave. performance rating})

I know what you are talking about. It is still available for VIP members.

I was not even sure that feature was available to non VIP members. Still better than to hover above the starts to get the actual numerical average rating.
