I'm am in the Fargo/Grandforks area for a few weeks and have found a few providers posting on BP. None of them have very good reviews and when you ask if they are all inclusive or FS, they say they are "open minded", What does that mean to most of you? I am thinking it means an up-sell is comeing.

That speaks for itself.  Whether or not they try to upsell you, I doubt you will have a good time.
