Anything outside that time frame I consider a repeat which is just as good in my opinion.

Usually visit more frequently than that. More like once every week or bi-weekly. It depends on both of our schedules. Also, if I visit an area, I would consider a friend to be a "regular" if they make plans to visit with me each time I visit their area, or most times that I visit.

Someone I see on a regular basis when I visit, someone who comes, sees you everytime they are in town, it doesn't have to be weekly or monthly but they always revisits you when they get a chance!!!
