In this hobby many times the physical attraction is the first aspect to making the ultimate decision about who you call. Thankfully due to the reviews online, many can now see the different personality types that us women have in regards to how we carry ourselves during our one-on-one encounters. How many of you actually choose a provider based on the type of personality and intellect she possesses versus basing your decision strictly driven by her physical appearance in her ads?

mature and intelligent women first and foremost.   A nice physical appearance is always a plus, but I like women whom I can talk with, connect with, and feel I have something in common with.  That's what's happening as I get older.  It's more about sensuality and the atmosphere of the entire experience.  Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and that is what I find beautiful.

Physical appearance gets my attention, but personality, intellect, review reputation and my hunch make me wanna see you. In the film Wall Street, at their first meeting, Gordon Gekko said to Bud Fox something like "Pal, you had what it takes to get in here. Do you have what it takes to stay?"

In the "old days" many times we didn't even have a picture, just a text ad in a paper.  We took our chances.  Then with the internet came ways for the women to post pictures and of course we men, being the visual creatures we are, enjoy looking at the pictures.  Then came stolen and fake pictures, but that's another thread.  

The picture on a BP add is important because it will draw initial attention.  After that as relationship experts tell us: good looks will get you five minutes.  In this world it could be less that that.  I do start with photos but from there I read the add.  Like other marketing people many providers kill their chances within the add.  everyone is different but for me there are a few deal killers.  One is "don't waist my time" another is a photo of a beautiful young lade brandishing the F you finger in the photo.  Raw language "come taste my tight wet..bla bla."  it shows a lack of class for most men.  15 min. appointments or "car dates" or available 24/7 is enough reason for me to move on.  

Deal killer examples. Nothing turns me off than the ones you mentioned and others.

 The most obvious mistakes providers make is they offer no information on location.  I do not need your address but before I would call I need to know if I could get there within a reasonable time.  If I have no idea where you are I am not likely to call, I will find a add where I know the answer.  
   
 Statements like 'do not call me until you are ready to show up'.  If you are looking for an unemployed guy with no responsibilities that may work, for a executive or business owner we would need to schedule time to come see you.  If I call and get no answer I will move on.    
   
 Comments like my pic's are 10,000% me or this is not an offer for illegal services just shows that you don't understand the LE world and math was not your strongest subject.  
   
 Many of the ladies I have met are concerned that a mention of "references required" or screening is required will scare customers away.  That may be true but for me the opposite is true; if you screen and require references that tells me you understand the real world and your intent is protect both of us.  
   
 If we get through all of that then I go to TER for reviews.  One final thought: Ladies if you have 5 or 6 good reviews and one dickhead that you just want to throw out gives you a bad review, most of us know to look past that so don't worry about it.    
   
 we read these pretty quickly so put the information I will need in the add.  a photo of your face is not needed because of risk to you but please do not use 6 full body photos of someone who does not even resemble you.  Let us know where you are, i.e. SW sub or north MPLS.  LMK if you are outcall or incall.  $ for time is helpful and if possible mention the type of incall.  i.e. private home or apt, hotel near airport etc...  
   
 All of that just for a first meeting  after we meet is all about the personal connection.  People go where they are welcome and they come back where they are well treated.  

Looks are necessary to get me in the door.  But if I go and her personality doesn't mesh with mine, I won't be back.  On the other hand, if they mesh well then I may well come back often.

The physique is most important, then face, then ethnicity, then personality, then reviews. There are many well reviewed providers I would not see because their appearance does not do it for me. Wonderful conversation can be had over coffee for longer periods of time at a small fraction of the cost.

I prefer women of color (with a few exceptions), so the picture is definitely the big one.  Then, I will pay some attention to the ad.  Cheyen covered this pretty thoroughly, but he left out "2 girl special."  There are just some ways of wording the ads that make me suspicious about the possibility of pimps.  If the ad passes the test, I google the phone number to see what pops up.  The best outcome, of course, is if the lady is reviewed on TER.  If the reviews sound good, and it sounds like she's the type who may possibly click with me, I initiate contact.  How long it takes her to respond, how she responds, and what she wants to know about me are all taken into consideration.  Finally, the first date is where I really get to test the waters.  If there's chemistry, and she's intelligent, then I'll be back.  No chemistry, or any kind of flakiness, and she'll never see me again.

I agree with most of the others. Appearance gets me to show up. Personality more than anything determines whether or not I want to repeat.

... if she demonstrates during our session that we seem to have chemistry, is cool, funny, maybe playful and/or sassy, and is just plain fun to be with, according to my modified TER scoring system. A woman with a neat personality is far more attractive than an absolute DDG woman who seems to not really be into the session. I do read the reviews of a Provider before asking her for a date and I'm looking for cues on her personality and enthusiasm; just a normal part of my decision process. I also tend to be attracted to women who participate on local boards, either discussion or ad boards, as these are ladies who I feel have demonstrated a peek into their personality and have piqued my interest.

for me reviews are 98% of it. There are too many massage reviews where girls get 10s and 9s but performance wise they are horrible. Too many guys though are willing to waste there money just have a pretty girl touch them even though she obviously doesn't give a shit. I laugh at all the reviews where the guy overemphasizes the score and says that it is there own fault.
  The girls that have been doing this the longest and have the most reviews are the most personable. They may not be the hottest but they are alot more fun because they actually care about you.  I tend to notice the older the guy the hotter the girl they want and the more pissed they get from the service. Just do your research before and don't always judge the picture. My 2 current atfs right now are not 10s in looks and they will admit they aren't and want the guys to be realistic in there reviews but they are by far the most personable fun and "real" girls I have ever met through here.
 So for you 60-70 year old guys out there that go to under 21 year old massage girls - good luck, you may need it
