I hear a lot of clients dish on providers they have seen in the past in a beautiful reminiscent way about the days of old, a rowdy group of girls, or crazy dates and I also hear updates about those who have retired in an odd whisper down the lane type of storytelling that I find amusing (especially because I don't know any of them, lol). I am always curious where these women go after... what do they do with their lives, how do they fulfill their sexual desires post scheduling, what kind of careers do they transition into that worked with their skill sets?  I don't want names.  I really don't have any personal interest in them aside from acknowledging the beautiful women they are and learning from their choices.

I came into this hobby later in life, which sounds like a religious conversion line, and I had to unlearn so much. Had I known how to go about it when I was twenty something my life would have been very very different so I am glad for my life experiences and maturity before diving in but now writing a resume is so damn boring, lol. I need a laugh.

1. Give me some suggestions for career pivots when I am ready five years from now... I have attached my reviews for job history.
or
2. Skills I should mention on my resume or in an interview that sound totally legit and are full of innuendo.

Be nice. This is meant to be fun.

>>> WELL, I tried to be funny and post a "business like picture" with my reviews linked as my resume but the moderators said it sounded like an ad. I guess you'll have to find my reviews on your own for this one. Anything us ladies do here gets flagged as promotion but isn't that sort of the point, lol. Might be why a lot have lost interest.

The resume has to include something about “taking dictation”
Maybe a line about making sure clients are properly handled.

… would be sex therapist, for individuals and couples. In many ways it’s what you do now, and you’re expert at it. Except five years out it wouldn’t involve hands-on therapy… unless you want it to.  😉

These are all wonderful!!!  I didn't think about the flexible and various entry points! I almost spit my tea laughing.

I am currently a counselor and I love it but it is not steady and it is considered alternative therapy so insurance doesn't let me bill for it. I passed my realtor tests and I am interviewing brokerages to work with but until that gains momentum with networking over the next few years, I am looking for a job where I can go out in public and solve problems and connect with people and pay into SS and retirement for someday.

2. Live Fountain (Artsy)
3. Live Sushi/Food Art - I don't think this will work because I can be quite ticklish
4. French Maid - I look cute with a feather duster
5. Animal Breeding expert - setting the mood, playing music, watching for signals, grabbing the popcorn
6. Sex Ed Teacher
7. Car Sales - test drives would be extra fun...wink wink
8. Chief Happiness Officer (CHO) - It's a real thing I swear

A licensed massage therapist can usually bill insurance companies if the patient gets a referral from their doctor for massage therapy.  I don't know how easy or hard it is to make that work but a good massage can definitely help with a lot of people's problems!

Mine doesn’t. But I have a letter from my doctor prescribing massage therapy, so I can pay for massages from my FSA account. At least it’s tax-free money.

If there is something that you are passionate about and enjoy that could become a career or business venture?  If so, go for it.  This typically fuels people and the success/money follows.  If you want something stable, I would recommend getting licensed in insurance.  The markets don’t dictate it like real estate or financial services because everyone always needs to purchase insurance.  Best of luck!

Super easy to get your license. Sit at the open houses during weekends. Dudes married or single will come to you and sign on the bottom line in a heart beat. Go to strong markets and even luxurious condos that you can sign several in a weekend then you have the week off to travel, have fun and just enjoy the things you enjoy in life. Could even start this now just see clients that you enjoy or when you need to be satisfied. Take it as you want it.

Regarding item number one, in my opinion, you should consider a pivot to a career in Indoor Golf. You my find that you are a bit of a natural.  Around 30 years ago I heard about the existence of the rules.   Below I've gathered the suggested Official Rules, but they may vary depending on the course owner.

*** Official Rules for Indoor Golf ***

1. Each player will furnish his own equipment for play; normally, one
club and two balls.

2. Course to be played must be approved by the owner of the hole.

3. Unlike outdoor golf, the object is to get the club in the hole and
keep the balls out of the hole.

4. Course owners are permitted to check the stiffness of the shaft
before play begins.

5. For the most effective play, the club should have a firm shaft.

6. Course owners reserve the right to restrict the length or girth of
the club to avoid damage to the hole.

7. The object of the game is to take as many strokes as necessary
until course owner is satisfied.  Failure to do so may result in being
denied permission to play the course again.

8. It is usually considered bad form to begin playing the hole
immediately upon arriving at the course. The experienced player will
normally admire the entire course with special attention paid to well
formed bunkers.

9. Players are cautioned not to mention any other course that they have
played, or currently playing, to the owner of the course being played.
Upset owners have been known to damage a player's equipment for this
reason.

10. Players should assure themselves that their match has been properly
scheduled, especially on a different course being played for the first
time. Previous players have been known to get irate if they find someone
else playing what they considered their own private course.

11. Players should not assume a course is in shape for play at all
times. Some owners may be embarrassed if their course is temporarily
under repair, and the player is advised to use tact in this
determination. More advanced players will find alternative means to play
when this is the case.

12. It is considered the outstanding performance, time permitting, to
play the same course hole several times in one match.

13. Responsible indoor golfers always use a golf bag.

14. Course owners shall be the sole judge of who is the best player.

15. Players are not permitted to tee off on the back nine without the
express permission of the course owner.

What does it cost these days?  When I got mine back in 1985 you could rent a small trainer plane for $35/hour.  I think the flight instructor was another $30/hour.  I liked low wing planes better than high wing planes.  When you turn with a high wing plane you can't see what you are turning into.

You can (and are supposed to) pay into SS even if self-employed.

It's now $150/hr for the plane and another $90 for the trainer. It's definitely speedy.

I'm learning on a low wing plane myself but I'm really wanting to try a high wing. I'd rather see more of the ground than the sky!

I always felt claustrophobic in a high wing. You can see the ground in a low wing, just ahead a bit if looking to the side.  And if you are interested in seeing something in a low wing you can tip your wing and circle it and get a good view.  If you want to circle in a high wing, when you tip the wing you lose sight because the wing drops in you line of view.  I would always prefer a low wing  -- the open sky, the horizon, it's all a beautiful thing.

Last week I was presented with an opportunity to own and manage a swingers club of over 400 couples here in MN. I feel like it will fall in beautiful alignment with what I already know and have my training in as well as help me sell books and book counseling appointments all while providing a sex positive place for people to explore sexual boundaries as couples. I am super excited and buzzing. The Madame of Swing has arrived.
