In my opinion, seeing an escort is not "cheating".   Cheating is having a deep, emotional connection to a person other than your SO or Spouse.  Even if you develop a friendship of sorts with the escort, it is not  
cheating.  There is (or should be) no expectations of Love or deep feelings between hobbyist and escort.

As a 10% owner of small either soft/hardware Company, you need to back the hell off...find her job somewhere else if you are going to date her...DO NOT shit where you eat...this can go 1000 different ways to the bad and only one way to the good...
