They say that "a high tide raises all boats" and I think that the arrival of a top notch agency in Minneapolis will have a positive effect on all providers and hobbyists.  

The providers will have to raise their game to meet the professional standards set by your agency, or they will be left behind in the dust.  Hobbyists will no longer tolerate shoddy service and we will expect, no, make that demand, a professional level service when we are paying for a professional level of service.  

Ideally, providers with ratings below "5" and phrases like "she just laid there" and "OK, if you're drunk" will never been seen again in TER reviews.

It's about time.
