Victoria Secrets, that is!!!!!   Customer service sucks!!!!

They have been dressing me for 20+ years, they must be doing something right. Yes, there is so much more to Americas largest retailer of lingerie- tight knit dresses, anyone? Oh, and my favorite jeans I could never give up!

Their customer service has been a pain for me online order only, but that wont stop me shopping in store

They've always been good to me too .  
I had a bra strap break on me after only a couple months of owning it and they gave me a brand new one free of charge . Give them another chance!

 Yes, I adore them; please give them another chance- they DO want your business, after all. LaSenza is great for their small selection but I do appreciate being able to find the bras I like in DDD at VS.

... and I've always had luck buying intimates made by Hanky Panky! They seem to be well made and quite sexy. (Coming from a male point of view that is!!) They've been well received and graciously appreciated by those that I have gifted them to. Von Maur is a great place to go during the day. Not busy at all and lots to choose from.
