1. Chronic = recurring, persistent. Mitigate = soothe, alleviate. I am an English major. Do not play the vocab game with me.
2. I am not getting paid to SOOTHE someone who sets appointments with providers--and I'm certainly not just talking about myself here--under three separate aliases, then either fails to show up completely or gives absolutely bogus excuses at the last minute.
3. I have a right to see who the fuck I want to. Get over it.
a) As I'm a full-time student, my availability is usually limited to evenings and weekends, and I absolutely need advance notice. b) I do not make appointments with those who've stood me up in the past. Not saying that is you, katzman... but there is one chronic NCNS'er who emails me often for appointments in Mankato. I've got no time for that kind of shenanigans, y'all.
Hmm define chronic . . . what does that mean??? what have you done to mitigate it????

For a guy who doesn't know what chronic means, isn't "mitigate" kind of a big word?
