 There are SEVERAL ladies here who do it or something similar to that if you just put body to body in the search query and no you don't need an impractical air mattress or have to look like Asa Akira to be good at it, life is not a porno movie which means there's no BBFS either  
Not in the slightest .
The hobby is a lot about improvisation sometimes and we're ALL good at that.
