Called up Kendra to schedule an hour appointment. She answered right away: Sounds nice on the phone. it was 1630p, we decided to meet at 1900p. I asked for directions, She said She is located in N Minneapolis, And I should call for directions 30 minutes before apt time.
So on my way to see her, at 1830p I called: No answer, left her a VM. Text: No reply. Never heard back from Kendra. So halfway to N Mpls I turned around and returned. Waste of precious gas, and time. NCNS are always frustrating. What is the best way to handle them? This is just bad business.
I wrote the review of Kendra. I completely agree that NCNS is very frustrating for every hobbyist and provider. I've driven to the other side of town to have the same thing happen to me more than once.
I have seen Kendra a number of times, and I stand by my review because those are my experiences, and I have seen her many times over the past several months. I did write in my review that the pics are NOT of her but are a good representation. And you will also see that I have a few dozen reviews (twice that if you count my alias- but you wouldn't know that). I do not mean to defend NCNS, but if this was last week, I happen to know she was dealing with a family matter. You wrote that she told you to call 30 minutes before to confirm, but it sounds like maybe you started off without confirming? (Stiil, NO EXCUSE for her not letting you know if she had your number, and I WILL mention this to her next time I see her because I don't want to compromise people's opinions of my reviews. I'm sorry (and surprised) you had this experience with her.)
You need to give them every opportunity to make it right. Then, after they completely blow you off, it's time to start a thread here and make it cost them.
It's really too bad that TER won't allow some permanent record of NCNS reports along with reviews. Although I can see where that could easily get abused.
I am one of those that feel it is appropriate to give her a chance to make it right first but if she doesn't respond then definitely let the rest of us know what happened. It may not make any difference to her but it can save those who read about it the aggravation of going through the same thing.
Thanks for the wonderful discussions. After years of being an active TER member, I just discovered this discussion board. It is a great way to communicate, and just plain vent.
As Bread mentioned, TER does not allow NCNS posts. In my years of hobbying, I have encountered a fair share of NCNS. NCNS is a given in my quest to find new talent. As always, whats most important is I am safe, and live to hobby on.
In MSP, it sure is hard to find good companionship or sensual bodyrubs for less than $.20 per hour. Any recommandations would be appreciated.
Goes both ways ... When I as a provider get stood up ... Doesn't happen a lot but does suck ... Waste of time and gas and possibly a good appt was not taken because I won't overbook
