She called you over a day after you left a voice message and you're surprised she apologized?  

Can't she schedule herself sufficient enough to eliminate the need to warn she's running late?

She made sure she looked her best and she's not a BBW or looks like a Mack truck.  Sign me up!

Fortunately, I do know someone who treats me like that.

All what you said but to go a notch better, how about the lady who never has to push back your appt because she does not book back-to-back and only sees a very limited number of clients a day

as for looking her best, thats to be expected but I agree its an exception when you consider the total field of players.
