At least one or two of providers you’ve seen are still active. Maybe ask them if they’ll see you again, if so you can start to rebuild your references.

Can't say you won't find someone who accepts years old references, but I think it is going to be highly unlikely.

I'd just start again.  Go through some new screening and build references that way.  See some P411 ladies and get ok'd and get a p411 account, or screen through p411.
