I don't think it's something that we as providers need to change, I think we go with the flow of each session.  If you give us a naughty look and whisper something in our ear about where you really want to do it, then we'll do it!  But the reality is, most people like to do it on the bed.  It's most comfortable

You can lead your own sessions, make them what you most desire!

In the absence of information from a client, a provider will go where most guys like to go.  If you're open and honest about who you are, you'll get a session that responds to who you are and what you want.

I look for variety myself but don't always know what it is that I am looking for.

Guys like me, are looking for some excitement outside their regular marriage sex.

Personally I like it when the provider takes the lead and pushes my boundaries.

I won't pretend to speak for the providers, but, unless the provider has a strict playbook she follows, or her rules are limited, it's more up to the hobbyist to dictate play.  Often it's the hobbyist that expects or wants a certain routine every time.  Some, especially massage providers, do have a routine they follow every time.  My guess is that some would enjoy a little variety.

Re: variety

I have seen one lady frequently for well over a year now, can't say we have ever been in a rut.  She/we makes sure every time is different and spontaneous.  There is no playbook or game plan we meet and let things play out.  Different positions, acts, locations and sequences all make it a unique visit even at the same incall location.  We have traveled together and each trip is also a one of a kind masterpiece.
