A gal I work with left me a copy of the most recent Vadnais Heights Press paper.  The front page includes a story about their creation of zoning ordinances for adult and sexual oriented businesses.  Apparently included in the ordinance is zoning 'for massage parlors that involve specified sexual activities or specified anatomical areas.'  The ordinance limits them to commercial areas of the city not within 300 ft of areas zoned residential or retail-only or within 300 ft of a school or playground.  This apparently leaves approximately 35% of Vadnais Heights zoned for sexual oriented massage parlors.

The ordinance is scheduled to be voted on in Sep.
