I thought all no-tell motel are seedy!  LOL.

Just go on priceline and bid.  Sometimes you can get a 3 1/2 - 4 star hotel for $50-$60 bucks, depending on the day and location.  Bidding early in the morning will yield the best results too

Im looking for a no-tell motel that rents by the hour.  Not too seedy.

you can generally get a Super 8 or Day's Inn for $60 - $80.  And probably do better if you go on priceline.

When I lived Japan, there were always an abundance of Love Hotels. They had two rates: Rest and Stay.
If you rested it was for 2-3 hours and if you stayed it was like any other hotel. The rooms came fully equipped in case you needed anything, otherwise you buy it from vending machine. Used school girl panties were very popular items as were the steely dans

In some places, you did not even need to bring anyone, just grab one of the hotties loitering around the entrance.  

Anyone see a biz opportunity?

when I lived there while going to school it was so funny seeing gents sniffing panties behind their newspapers.  
In Osaka there were used panty vending machines in some places lol we had a crazy after party at a love hotel once.
It was so fun! I wish we had them here.
Hotel Amsterdam was the last known place you could get a short stay like that. But it's gone now.

I once got the hotel Minnesota (expensive ass hotel) for $30 on hotwire  & paid way more for valet (all the parking they had!) lol.
